Ben, we are based in the UK. We have priced the product in $ purely because this has been our largest market takeup so far. I'd be happy to take on board any feedback around the website marketing/pricing of the product.

Point taken :-) I guess we're still a small company and our focus has been on the software. Now we have a stable and successful product out there we'll be tweaking our look and feel over the coming months. Apologies if thats the impression we're giving. On the paypal front though, we find that this is the best way to give customers confidence in purchasing from us - you can use a CC and not register with paypal at all.

I will try and keep this as non salesy and bipartisan as possible! If its case studies or access to users running this in particular environments, just let me know. We have plenty of IS providers, insurance companies and even banks using the product, so message me if you need any more information in particular. Martin.
