    ZeroHour, can I please have a copy of the firmware? I've had the problem with a bunch of printers at a school I volunteer for, and its been driving me nuts. Thinking it was a hardware problem, I've even swapped formatter boards around to see if some boards were more prone to the problem than others. Thanks.
