What are the standards for the e-mail accounts you have created ? Is it a personal name or something like that, the staff member would have a good case. But if you created the accounts like [email protected] then i don't know how she intends to prove it is her account. and if all the addresses you use are in some kind of order like IT1 IT2 IT3 HR1 HR2 and so on.

Sorry But i don't like it. looks like you have left your company's stationary on the table and the kids have been drawing on it. you should go for a logo but keep the name or web address smaller.

try using roaming profiles on the domain you might need to hack the registry depending what os you use. make sure people don't leave all files on the desktop as this will create a lot of traffic as the desktop copies over the network.

Well i am not sure that you can connect it to a domain. I thought you could get to the resources you need on a windows domain because you do a ldap lookup on the user. I would be interested to know this as well. I did look at it ages ago but as you got bored.
