what a mess. The other day I could download just fine but today when I tried to get the ZD1000 8.0 Firmware I am blocked. Says I need to be logged in with a premire support account. I am not real happy with Ruckus right now.

I have been trying to upgrade to the FW 9.1.0.0.38 but it never gives me the "UPGADE" button. All I see is Uploading Cancel. Then I finally see error on page at the bottom of the screen. Anyone know how I can get around this? We are getting hit with lost heartbeats which cause a loss in traffic for 3-5 minutes.
