ZeroHour, thanks for keeping up with all the beta firmware requests. Amazing support you've offered here! I've also got a few of these printers showing the exact same symptom...and I've failed to fix them with everything else or published firmware upgrades. Could you please send me a PM with the beta firmware link as well? One last thing to try before we need to yank these printers and replace them! Thanks, ...ken
