    Ess is calculated using the staff numbers but then the individual products are licensed seperately. If you have an Organisation-Wide Core CAL then you're fine :-)

    That document pre-dates ESS. If the end user has a "User" CAL then they can access the Exchange/Sharepoint from anywhere. External connectors are for non-staff. Mike
