I double checked all of those things and they're all fine.

Sorry, I'm new to these things, so my problems usually end up being foolish mistakes. I opened the port in the firewall, and now I get this error: "Error Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))" I checked the other 4 on the list and they're all fine. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

So should EduRemote work on Windows XP that has the latest .NET Framework installed? I'm attempting to run it on Windows 7 with Windows XP Professional SP3 (with .NET 3.5 SP1) as the remote machine. All I get is "Error: The computer is offline, or the name doesnt exist". I am able to connect to the remote machine with VNC and remote desktop, however. Maybe it doesnt work on XP at all?
