  1. I am having problems with some users on our network unable to share documents using Google Drive on Windows 7, with the following error: "Sorry, sharing is unavailable at this time. Please try again later." I have tried all the following: - added numerous exemptions onto our firewall - deleted cookies, cache, history etc - Installed all the latest Windows Updates- Made sure all browsers were at the latest versions - Chrome, IE and Firefox - Uninstalled Chrome and Drive - reinstalled. - Flushed DNS There is no difference between any of the users permissions, . All users can share via their iPads and outside of the school network and when I log on as administrator. Has anyone else had this issue? Google have not come back to me with any resolutions.

  3. Hi all I wonder if anyone has had any luck getting Apple TV working without entering the proxy settings? We are currently two weeks into our" iPads in the classroom" trails, 30 students and 16+ teachers are all using them successfully. Our main problem is the Apple TV. We have purchase a lovely new HDMI projector, installed a transparent proxy onto a new server and still cannot get a 'digital handshake' for https traffic. I am hearing a lot about 'Bonjour' but am not sure if that will help as we are using an LA proxy to access the internet, for which, of course they will not give us the IP address. I have also been told that to get it to work we will need to get our own independent IP address that does not need a proxy. If anyone has any ideas, please please let me know. Much appreciated Geri JHGS High Wycombe
  4. Hi all Has anyone completed the SLG summer upgrade to 7.140 successfully to Sharepoint 2010. This is the first time I have done this upgrade and all seemed well when applying the App Tier 64.msi & SLG Web tier 64.msi, then it came to deploying the upgrade to the web farm. ntered the all the information given by Capita in the SP Management Shell command line, restarted services when required, but after disabling and unistalling the .138 SLGWebPackage.wsp it wld not remove itself. I carried on entering information (first time I had done this so thought it would be ok to ignore error..........big mistake!!) and then ran the Diagnostic Tool 64.msi - which apparently was successful, now cannot access any SLG parts on our Learning Gateway - Any ideas would be much appreciated as no-one available at Capita. PS I have only a little in house experience of SP and no knowledge of webfarms, I inherited this system from my predecessor!! Thnks Geri
