  1. Good point. You should be able to get away with your authentication details and https://server.yourdomain.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx As your server settings. Even your OWA settings should do the job.
  2. Yeah the keyboards, especially bluetooth ones, sometimes take too long to connect during boot, and therefore your ALT command only goes through ones you're on the login screen.
  3. Hi there, Can I just ask why you purchased software to allow you to authenticate via AD when this is included in OS X? Also, though this may/may not be of any help, and I'm aware this is an old thread, removing all forms of power source (iMacs and MacBook's/Pro's) and holding down the power button for 30 seconds will reset their network card, often this can be a major issue in locking up, especially when on AD. Regards.

DeployStudio is by far the best, only issue being you need an OS X server to run it. Alternatively if you're just doing a couple machines you could use Carbon Copy Cloner, its great, straight forward, requires no server and can be done ethernet > ethernet or firewire > firewire.
  5. Yeah this is no problem at all, as Karamoja said, make sure your autodiscovery.domain.com is available externally, and Outlook 2011 is excellent at auto-config. To be honest, I find it more reliable than 2010, 2010 has occasional identification issues which 2011 does not.
