I agree , do not ever use Ebuyer there tactics are unreal.
I returned a new motherboard that I had for less than three days due to not being as I required. I used the UK distance seller law to do this , however because Ebuyer are petty they tried to send the motherboard back to me saying there was physical damage to it , I asked what the so called physical damage was and they told me it was incorrectly shipped back and thus had caused the CPU socket to have bent pins, I was shocked I could not believe the tactics they would try to not accept a return. I then proceeded to explain that not only had I shipped the motherboard back in bubble wrap and a box , but that the motherboard was protected in its own box and also there is a CPU socket cover to prevent any damage to the CPU socket pins , I also provided pictures of postage proof and packaging . I got no where with there rubbish customer services so I started a PayPal dispute as I wasn't going to let £281.00 go . I won the case as expected and in doing so enraged Ebuyer customer services and then they closed my account down in a final petty response ,
I would never use Ebuyer again however what a petty bunch of so called professional people!
