i've had this problem before and even got one of our assistant principles to speak to fujitsu as we have hundreds of their pcs and laptops, yet they still wouldn't budge with the charge. they are complete gits! i'm sorry to say that it looks like you'll have to just pay them to fix the problem - we did!!!
