We use the net2 card software that comes with the net2 package and are very please with it, the best out of the ones we tried. need anymore info pm me Ian

Hi all, Has anybody got an ipad 3 find my phone working through the school proxy.I have all Internet connection working fine but find my phone will not register at all through the Mewan network. Hope somebody can shed some light on this. Ian

I know this has been asked before, but it was in 2011, I now seem be having so much problems with the plc-xe40 that i think i would rather look for an alternative than keep getting it fixed. does anybody have any newer more reliable models avalible and if they had any trouble mounting. thanks Ian

Thanks Glenda not very good with paperwork myself, think that's why I was hoping somebody would have a standard form, thanks chris I have just installed spicworks and just trying to see what is coming back with scan errors, I have seen some results and spiceworks does report so decent results but more scan errors than PCs found at the moment. Hi Guys, I hope you can assist, I am an new learning it technician at a school and I would like to know your procedures for looking after your network, 1) I at the moment collecting all the software licences, how do you keep up with what is installed now and in the future, 2) Is there any standard documents that I could use to help with this procedure or any it related procedure or do you guys have anything. Any help would be appreciated I`m really looking for the paperwork side as at the moment the assets and software is a mess, but I am installing new images, so I get the chance to track and categorise the software installed. cheers Ian

Hi rob I have posted a similar post in the security section there are a couple of ideas in there, would like to see how you manage it if you can I don't want to take each laptop out of the proxy server to register , but I also found that if the laptop was to go out of the school it wouldn't be in a proxy.
