Having exactly the same problem with AS and A2 Science OXBOX. I got the same response from OUP, I also got out e learning person to speak to FROG. They have run some sort of test on the OXBOX file and told me it is a fault with the package. Rather unhelpfully they didn't bother to tell me what they fault was. Has anyone managed to get hold of the smaller packages and tried them?
