we'll most phone at Carphone warehouse are all sold unlocked so the network isn't an issue and there are other phones out there very similer to that model. but that deal seems really reasonable I don't think you'll find much better than that. and for any spec's i agree with K.C gsmarena is the better one

all i can suggest is running chkdsk from a live disk or try booting into something like ubuntu live and running disk management...also do you have any dos boot diagnostic tools that can repair any bad boot sectors?
