    I was refering to administrators looking to retrieve all assets including the application source code as they own the IPR's!! Escrow could be a good thought at this stage?

    Has anybody got any disaster recovery or business continuity plans in place that take supplier failure in to consideration- such as the supplier going out of business?

    Has anybody got any plans in place to recover from disaster or avoid it. This is pertaing to supplier failure such as the developer going out of business??
