    try another usb that u use it maybe dameged although go to group policy and make sure that u don't disable it , at my work location we disable using usb for protect our network

    u can easly create two scope on the DHCP server and on the same active directory but with a different network id but remmeber that you have to reserve the ip's for the vm machines if there is any servers
