I have a windows 7 Toshiba and I'm trying to transmit photos from my T-mobile Dash cellphone to my bran new laptop with a USB cord. I tried once and It said the hardware did not successfully load to my laptop. Now I tried it again and again and again.... and it won't say anything, you will only here a sound indicating that you have connected something to the USB drive. PLEASE HELP
