    Just for people to know, as this thread did help me; the problem with the RESOURCES (2nd and latter links) was the MSSQL entry in the Halley Database in sSettings. The PC name was incorrect... example: the settings was for \\pc123\ and should have been \\SERVER\\. fixing this using a direct MSSQL editor fixed the problem.
