Citrix desktops Sharepoint Citrix Xen server VOIP I can manage that but I m worried about my age, worth a try! but alot of effort if they don't consider on age

I m under a pseudonym because I dont want my work to know! I ve seen a good job for 45k but would you think they would consider someone in mid/ late 20s for such a role (Head of ICT) I am a IT manager at moment but nto sure a company would give someone of my age a chance for that wage bracket
