Well thanks for telling me there's a new version! but doesn't really give me any help on this matter about this error message popping up! how do i know if this message will be the same if we bought the CS3 version?

I work at Leysland High School and we got the latest macromedia i.e. fireworks 8 etc on Fireworks 8 when you import 2 or 3 images from a folder on the network stored on our server windows 2003 server and then import it as a student we get a internal error can't complete your request and a locked file error message to! Anyone help me out please! we checked the policy on the server and permissions all seem to be ok! cheers
