Does your server tools match the OS version of the server?

I made the following changes to the HPLJ2055dn and it seems to have fixed the problem with out updating the firmware. Setting -> System Setup -> Connection Timeout (i/O) - change to 5 Networking -> TCP/IP Settings->TCP/IP(v6)-> uncheck Enable Networking -> Network Settings ->SNMP-> click Disable SNMPv1/v2 Networking -> Other Settings -> Misc. Settings -> uncheck Multicast IPv4

It would take a week to escalate the problem...wow...I'm guessing they forgot what escalating a problem is suppose to mean.

The HP website there is a newer version of the firmware (20101025). Just wondering if they have finally incorporated the beta version you have...into this version. What I would like to do is, if I can, get the link for the beta firmware and install that on one printer and then install the "newer" version on another. So, if you do not mind...could I get the link for the beta version please....thanks
