i want to open port 80

how? i've already make the new firewall policy rules. I make web publishing rules but when i try to connect from another network it can access that server.

ok.. I have 3 server and I want publish 1 server my ISA server have 2 network card (1 for Public and 1 for Local) and my server which i want to publish have 1 network card. The internet in my network be regulated from my ISA server and my ISA server also functions as a router. All the network gateway is my ISA server IP (for local) except my server which i want to publish. I will to the point. My ISA public IP is 202.158.43.246 and that IP public too for my server DNS. my IP public for the server that i want to publish is 10.10.0.98. How do I connect that two IP?

Did you mean the IP private and the IP public from my server?

I want to publish my server so my collague can accsess it anywhere.
