Yep I have had major isssues with these as well, you plug it into one port, works fine, reboot the pc. plug it into the same USB port and it comes up as unknown hardware, wish I hadn't bought the bloody things. I will try using the rear USB ports.

We use Gigasoft for data backup. System State for the DC, all data, and profiles. Backed up via the internet every evening (apart from the DC which is weekly) I can also restore remotely and from the users PC if needed. After the initial masive seed load it only takes 10mins to backup each night. However I do have an external drive which takes a Bare metal, system state etc.... every evening. Just happy to have a working decent backup solution.

Whoops also forgot to ask do you use KLZ email? Or is your exchange server onsite?

Do you know which version of Spice works you use? I use 5.0.62863

I've tried every possible incomming settings with no joy. I don't think spiceworks like Exchange 2010

Afternoon. I am having major issues with setting up the email config on Spiceworks. I am using the EIS KLZ OWA email system (although I can also configure a local outlook client) I get as far as entering the email address, display name and all the outgoing email settings without any issue. However, when I use the same or similar setting for Incoming emails I just get an error telling me I am using the wrong username and password. I know this isn't true. Has anyone in Kent managed to get this software working using Outlook Webmail? Cheers Stew

Afternoon all, My first post so sorry if its in the wrong place ect.... I have recently rebuilt our entire estate from RM to a lovely vanilla system. Some of the teachers are now asking about an alternative to RM Starting Graph. Tried to google it, but all I get is the RM website. Any help is greatly apreciated. Stew
