Got dinged by auditors for not having a plan in place. Problem I have is that administration does not really understand disaster recovery and that dollars will be involved. They actually thought that the policy / procedure manual I created was the disaster recovery plan. Want to create a good plan and continue to build on it once admin get on board. Once I get something in place and get approved by the board of director, I want to be able to get all departments to understanfd the concept and realize if we have a problem, we are dead in the water.
