Thank you for your answer. Were they able to tell you what the problem was? Have they replaced anything like the topcase? Maybe you have the repair report. An answer would help very much. My Macbook is unfortunately out of warranty.

Hello, I've exactly the same problem. It happened without any symptom or anything. I've tried everything including switching RAM's, but no luck. Were you able to solve your problem? Thanks
