Hi Guys, I may be clutching at straws here but I though this would be the best place to ask. We currently have two large campuses with their own internet connection and a smoothwall box for each. Does anyone know if it is possible to mirror changes from one to the other or have a primary and secondary unit ? I hope that makes sense. Thanks

Hi Guys, we are experiencing a problem with solid works 2008. We have it installed on 16 windows xp machines and has been working fine on all of them for a couple of months. 2 of these machines have just stopped loading solidworks, the splash screen loads and then nothing. If I look at the processes running it has a solidworks licencing process running, these machines are a stand alone install so have no networking licensing. any ideas ?? Thanks in advance.

We simulated a disaster recovery using backup exec and it was shockingly bad. This is one of the reasons we are looking at other packages.

We have just been doing some testing with Veeam and it is looking very good. It will do 90% of what we need.

My bad should of given more info in the OP, we are using VSphere and ESXi currently

The backup exec clients are installed on the virtual machines presently. We are looking at Veeam as one possible solution.

Hi Guys,, I was wondering what solutions any of you guys are using to backup VMware server. We currently use backup exec and backup in the region of 2Tb, So what i am really asking is do you know of any better solutions ? Cheers

Hi All, Just wanting to pick your brains. I have been tasked with looking for a replacement system for our HR and payroll systems. I work for an FE college, so we are looking for something of a reasonably scalable in size. My question is what systems do you guys use ? What is your experience of said system ? Any advice Would be greatly appreciated.
