Have you found anything that works yet?

I'm trying to think of a way to let kids know that they can't take pictures of staff, pupils or school buildings and bung them onto their websites / social networking sites / blogs without permission. Ideally, Id like to stop them publishing pictures of each other in school uniform as well. I'm wondering if the school can claim to "own" the rights to any photographic images taken on site, or to "own" the school uniform / School Name etc. and thereby tell pupils they can't use the school name, uniform etc on their websites without asking permission first. Also - how do you cover this? I dont think it should go in the Internet AUP as that is aimed at school use only. Has anyone already covered this?
