  1. Hi Richard Many thanks for your reply, I will PM you with my CV and will check out the job in Hastings. Best wishes! Helen
  2. Hello I am looking to relocate to the Eastbourne area and am looking for an ICT Technician type role (preferably at a senior level although not essential) in the Eastbourne area. I really need a term time job due to having a family. I don't mind part-time over 16 hours, or full time hours. I have three years experience of working in a large primary school as an ICT Network Manager, where I look after a Cisco network, with a Windows Server 2003 and 2008 environment. We use Windows XP and Windows 7. We have up to 200 desktops/laptops and 600 students and teachers. I deal with all the 1st and 2nd line issues. If anyone knows of anything down that way, I would love to hear from you. Best wishes Helen D. Oh and PS - Merry Christmas!
  3. Please note that CV's will not be accepted for this position. You need to get an application pack from the school. Thanks
  4. Edited to advise that this is a 20 hour per week post - not 15 as previously stated.
  5. Hello St Joseph's Junior School, Luton are advertising for a part time Network Manager. The role would involve lots of hands on technical support to both the pupils and staff and you would be managing a Windows Server 2003/2008 environment with cisco switches. There are around 600 students and staff in the school. Network Manager:- 20 hours per week, term time only L5, Point 24-27: £9,713 - £10,691 per annum Closing date for applications 22 October 2010 at 12.00 noon Interviews the week beginning 01 November 2010 Attached is the job description which will be advertised via Luton Borough Council and the local paper next week. The job description is fairly generic. To give more detail, we require someone who has at least 2 years experience of running a Windows Server 2003 network, with over 100 computers/laptops, who has a good understanding of active directory. You will also need to be able to diagnose and fix hardware and software faults and install new equipment. The operating systems we use are Windows XP and Windows 7. Preferably you should have MCP/MCTS and a networking qualification in relevant areas. Organisational and planning skills are also very important. If you don't have the qualifications, experience only may be considered. Although St Joseph's Junior School is a catholic school, you do not have to be catholic to apply.
