I encountered the same issue and we found that a circular redirect had been populated into the web.config file on the Exchange Install Directory, ClientAccess, OWA I removed the follwoing lines from the web.config After resetting the IIS services on the server we are no longer seeing the OWA errors. We did not have this issue prior to the application of SP1.
