  1. Only takes a few seconds. I customize with customization utility. Here is a screenshot of the update I created within LUP. Also, I have tried deploying with PDQ but same it continues to display 11.0.0.0. Have not had a chance this week to test. If I download the latest adobe reader exe., it should have version 10.0.0.7?
  2. I push everything with Local update publisher. Sometimes for testing I use PDQ. I tried pushing with PDQ but workstation displays version 11.0.0.0. not 11.0.0.7.
  3. Trying to deploy 11.0.0.7. Current installation deployed is 11.0.0.0. Utilizing LUP, I download AdbeRdrUpd11007.msp from here Adobe - Adobe Reader : For Windows : Adobe Reader 11.0.07 update - All languages : Thank You, create a new LUP add AdbeRdrUpd11007.msp to files and run. Nothing get installed. Any help appreciated
  4. When trying to connect to profile manager, I get the following error: "Website are turned off. An Administrator can turn them on using the Server application" Any help appreciated. Thanks
  5. Hey, thanks for the reply. I have apple enterprise support working with me on the issue. I and they have verified DNS is working properly and that I have profile manager setup correctly. I erased the hard drive and re-install os maverick previously still having issues. They are working with me to resolve it. I will post once complete. Thanks
  6. OS X Maverick, Have a macbook pro trying to install profile manager and getting error: Profile installation failed. the server "server.net" did not accept the certificate. I installed the trust profile no problem; however, I get error when trying to enroll. I compared a macbook that was installed but not getting anywhere. Which logs do I need view to troubleshoot this? thanks
  7. Profile manager is working. I was getting the 500 error because for some reason the diradmin appears not to have enough rights. Instead I logged in my user account which has admin rights. Device enrollment is working. Here are steps I completed to resolve the problem. * Created a boot flash drive to erase the hard drive. Great article: https://discussions.apple.com/message/23854384#23854384 * Re-installed Maverick * Followed these steps as recommended by seawolf. Using Profile Manager 3 In Mavericks Server | Krypted * DO NOT install as local if you are using DNS from a windows server * Open Profile Manager link and the login page opens, if you get the 500 error after logging in with user: diradmin , create a user with admin rights and login with this username A big thanks to Antonio and Seawolf!!!!
  8. I erased the hard drive, re-installed Maverick. Followed the steps from Using Profile Manager 3 In Mavericks Server | Krypted, click open profile manager, please login, username: diradmin, I enter password and get: "Sorry, something went wrong, we have been notified about this issue and will respond shortly". Please read profilemanager log to find out what went wrong.
  9. Tried the steps above. I did change from local to domain. Re-installed server app. When I click websites, I see green but "view server website" get error cannot connect to server. Can someone send me the steps to complete a factory restore. Thanks
  10. Antonio, Not seeing PriviledgeHelperTools folder /Library/Preferences/PriviledgeHelperTools/com.apple.serverd. I can access /var/db/ folder but .ServerSetupDone file does not exist.
  11. You are correct. I am new to the MAC. I am a OK either way but first I need resolve the domain or sub domain issue. Will give Antonio suggestion a try tomorrow. I always learn better doing it the hard way. Thanks for all the help and suggestions!!!
  12. Thanks a bunch for the detailed help. I am new to MACs.... I have a windows domain and an example of one of my servers is encsd3.encsd.net. Trying to determine how to incorporate the MAC from .local domain to a windows domain since.
  13. Thanks Followed these exact steps. How can I reset and start over?
  14. Purchased new mac server. Downloaded (paid for) Server Manager App. Ran Profile manager setup self-signed certificates. On the client (macbook pro), I browse to https://10.100.0.24/mydevices and I see Devices and Profiles. I click the profile tab, I see "settings for Everyone" and Trust "Profile for ENCSD-MAC". On the trust profile, I click show contents, icon "certificate" displays. I click install trust profile ( show profile display 2 certificates, description: Root Certificate for ENCSD-MAC, Certificate: ENCSD-MAC Open Directory Certification Au....etc. Under system Preferences I click Profile and I see two certificates installed. Under devices, I click enroll , I click profile and I see Remote Management ENCSD-MAC Verified, description: Allows the server to manage your device, signed: encsdmacserver.local Code Signing Certificate, date, settings: SCEP Enrollment Request encsd.macserver.local, Mobile Device Managerment and 2 certificates. I click continue and here is where the problem begins. It says installing but just sits there and never completes. Does anyone have any ideas how to troubleshoot this issue.
  15. Arrived to work this morning and same problem. thanks for the fix
