I've just started work in a school that has Classlink 2000 on a Windows 2000 network. I have a couple of questions if anyone can help:
when staff log on they don't get the Classlink Active desktop but this error message:
Active Directory error '80070005'
General access denied error
/_Lib/Asp/desktopFn.inc, line 200
When I open the file and go to line 200 this is the code:

This error only affects the staff - the students and technicans are all fine.
I have worked on networks with Active Directory, roaming & mandatory profiles before but the classlink 2000 configuration is a bit confusing. All the users have mandatory profiles that are stored on the server. When I open the profile folder of each type of user all I see is a "nethood" folder and the ntuser files - where are the other folders (i.e. desktop)?
