I would stick in a custom double din enclosure, that you could fold in/out or up/down. Would look OEM then, when it was installed. Still your stock head unit behind it, so that you can still use the FM radio, etc when you don't have your slatedroid tablet (nationite midnite / witstech a81e). Best video player for Android is Rockplayer.
