The students who are greyed out are external students who were admitted and then changed there mind on the day they were supposec to arrive. So they were never really students of our school, I have been advised that because they are externals and never attended I can 'delete' them.

Normally all rooming changes I make are done in Nova T6 and then send into Sims, and up until last week I have never been asked to make a rooming change to a Registration Group. I went into Nova T6 as ususal to make the change but it doesnt work the same when trying to change rooms for Registration Groups as T6 locks all Registration Rooms so they are read only. Therefore I made the change in the PS and then looked at the TT for the relevant Teacher (staff, timetable) but the change to the room did not come through. So I have one room in the PS and a diff room in the staff TT which is problem. A second issue is that my T6 .SPL file and my Sims are now out of sync. Do you know when staff go into their Register does it pick up the data from the PS or T6. Because PS states which staff are assigned to a Registration Group but it doesnt tell you on which day they take the register for a shared class as that data comes from T6. Sorry about another 3 questions in there.

Is there any way in Academic Manager (Focus, School, Curriculum assignment by Scheme) to only view 'Current' students and not students who have left. This would make the totals at the bottom of the screen much more meaningful. Also a print option on this screen would be fantastic.

I am having some issues using the Reports/Timetables/Staff Timetable(s) function to format the TT. When selecting multiple members of staff,(e.g a Head of Department wanting all his staff TT printed on one page) I am finding it impossible to use the Print Preview formatting function to stop the TT from truncating onto the next page. I need to know if there is a 'fit to page' option or the best way to get all the TT on one page. Ideally I would like landscape, a list of staff names down the left hand side and a separate page for each day With periods along the top so that the HOD can see straightaway where each member of his staff are for example in Period 2 on a Tuesday. Thank you

What the purpose of the Pastoral Structure in Sims. The reason I ask is that if I make a room change in the Pastoral Structure to a registration group this change is not reflected in the relevant Staff Timetable. I would have to make the change in T6 and then send the SQL db into Sims for the change to the rooming to be shown in the Timetable. This raises my question what is the purpose of the Pastoral Structure if the data entered is not used anywhere else in Sims. Any help would be much appreciated.
