Hi, Cisco has quite extensive documentation so if you search oin Google you should find the answer to your question. However, if you don't feel comfortable with reading docs then training might be the answer. There are some quite cheap, excellent training centres out there like the Network Academy in Leeds (I've been there, excellent tutors and really affordable!) Super Mario.
