Is there any free or cheap solutions to do this at all?

DBAN is a great wiping tool. We run that on the system, drill a few holes on to the platter and then end up hammering a bit and then chucking out the disc. Hope that helps you

We charge our students 5c for mono and 15c for colour and we run Bears Solutions CMS/IP

At the moment, where I work. We get calls coming in for users to have our department install programs for them as we do not allow end users to install programs themselves. We normally VNC on to every ones computer and install it like that. I am intrigued with the possibility of have our staff and teachers install software through some sort of portal and not allowing this on to student systems. What would be the best way of integrating this? a step by step brief would be helpful. - Michael
