Are you a student? Why do you want to know? Yes i'm a student, it's obvious from the screen name. I want to know because well it's obvious, sick and tired of finding new sites then when you come to use them next time around they are blocked by E2BN.

I know this thread is half a year old but im a new user and wanted to revive it. I just wanted to know who filters the sites at school. Is it the IT technicians or is it the filter companies such as E2BN ??
