Hi I sure this has already been posted, but i am sorry i cant find it. I need to get i video our students removed from youtube, has anybody found the quickest way to get it removed. cheers

I am network manager in a london school and we have been informed that all the school in the borough will have managed IT services. control and choice will be remove from each school and they will be told what they can have.IT staff will no longer be employed by the borough but by the COMPANY. So no guess's what will happen to our pay and contracts.

We use novatech for most of our printers and bits and pieces. But we buy all our PC's from http://www.task-it.co.uk . We have over 90 machines all with 3 years cover and have had no problems at all.

i have just installed a sharepoint server and use the helpdesk template from microsoft. this seems to working fine. you can edit the template. the teachers are having a problem with "no verbal request, fill the online form out" but we find it much better stephen

we now offer media studies at the school!! And guess who's lucky enough to set it up??? is anyone running video editing across the network and which software do you use? Any advise would be welcome. cheers

have used netop but now use Ranger remote control (netsupport) and have find it much better.

Hi Can anyone help? i have a couple of students who have saved word documents with passwords and the little angles have now forgotten them. i've tried a couple of free programs from the net without sucess. Do you know any free programs that will recover it. cheers stephen
