Thanks for all the advice on this - we have this on the list of things to install over the summer so forewarned is forearmed!

We use Matchware's MindView BE which is used pretty much across the school. They also do a home licence deal where students can buy the software at around 10% of the purchase price. We went for the BE edition as it also allows Gantt Charts etc to be created so it can be used both in lessons and for project planning etc.

September gets my vote too....

I share your pain......I soaked my 3G and turned the indicators white; like you everything worked except the screen, so I could at least back it up before I took it back. Fortunately I'd taken insurance out with CW so got a brand new one in exchange. My understanding is that other bits in the phone will corrode in time so it's not as simple as just having a new screen. Hope you get it sorted without having to spend to many ££s.

I went for the standard Apple case - feels nice, does the job and also acts as a mini stand. I've not had any problems with it so far - as this is my first post I can't post the link to the AppleStore
