Here on the Island we have been in talks with our LA about the possibility of buying into this structure as it has already been procured on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council unannounced to us. I am looking for information from schools that are already on or have been offered the HPSN service so that I can compile an alternative model for our school and local feeder primary's.
