I attempted to install LOST Via Domus on my Laptop using Windows 7 - 64 BIT --- NO GO --- When I tried to run the game this error message appeared, "The program can't start because d3dx9_35.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem" Hmm, interesting statement, so I attempted to re-install with no luck and was wondering if this is a common issue with games and Windows 7 - 64 bit. I tried copying all the files to my HD and glorious and behold, it worked. One nasty thing though the one copy I was originally trying was corrupted, I had to go to the box and use the real DVD to make it work. I always without fail, make a copy of any software I buy and never use the originals if at-all possible. Thanks all for the advice, now I am going to post a new thread on getting games to run under Windows 7 - 64 bit on my laptop. LoWang

IE8 runs fine on my main computer, my 2 laptops also. I have installed on other computers and it has run like a bag of crap. No problem though just un-install the upgrade and you will be back to your original install. Have fun

I have run into similar problems with CS3 crashing with XP. I can't remember how I stumbled onto this fix but it worked for me. This might sound a little twitty but I say again it worked. I uninstalled the white icon Adobe.com and crashing issues stopped. LoWang

I finally was pushed into using Windows 7, hell might as well it is all leaning that way anyhow. My problem is I am attempting to install my trusty old copy of CS3 on Win7 and NO GO!!! The error message received was. . . . "F:\Adobe CS3\Setup.exe is not a valid Win32 bit Application" No problem I thought I will just run it in compatibility mode like we did with XP, my computer reached out and slapped me, Properites window stopped responding. Anyone got any hints or help for this issue, love to hear em. Thanks LoWang
