    It can be done by copying course or by importing quiz in Moodle XML format. And I don't recommend to prepare quiz in Hott Potatoes because there are some restrictions in Moodle. I think the best format for quiz is Moodle. There are a lot of templates to convert from text to Moodle XML or you can try online converter at moodle.site5.com
