Our user profiles are mandatory, however the My Documents, and My Desktop is on the user's personal drive. Meaning any files they have on their desktop or my documents will automatically save. The registry is part of the profile image, not part of the individual user. On login, if that regedit command ran, it would still not work as it requires a restart to work, and no registry information would be saved.

The only answer I can see for the Sticky Keys is: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Accessibility\StickyKeys] "Flags"="506" We had this running, but the problem is that, we run this in the login script. For that to work you need to restart the computer. Since the computers run off an image, every time you restarted, it would still require you to restart. But thanks anyway. Any other solutions?

I was thinking about disabling them in the registry and somehow rebooting just the sticky keys program, but I am unable to find any information on the process name or anything. Anybody have any idea's on accomplishing this? Or any other idea's on how to disable sticky keys?

Hey guys, Please excuse me if this is in the wrong section of forum. I am attempting to disable sticky keys on our system. We run a large network on a thin client system, and of course everybody loves to play with sticky keys. We run a login script (a .vbs file) on start up to map all our network drives for the individual user. We attempted disabling the sticky keys shortcut via this script by changing the registry information. However, this script simply just does not work. For some reason the change of the registry information requires a restart of the computer to be taken into effect, and on a thin client system restarting the computer simply would not work. We are stuck trying to work out this problem and have searched high and low on Google. Do you guys have any idea's? Even if it involves disabling the sound. Thanks in advanced.
