Thanks for all your inputs. So there is no way that inbox size can be incresed. What about the automatic deletion of old messege, how do I do that if it does't happen

I am new to SIMS, please bear me thankyou so much, i'll try the solution and to add a note the support lady gave the solution like this: This is due to a framework error, please reinstall SIMS from the framework level is it anything to do with uninstall and reinstall sims.inst.(coz my colleage said me this???) or your solution and the solution given by the support same.....
