Hello everyone, I'm having trouble getting staff and students to save pictures in Sherstons Mouse Club Collection. According to the Sherston support the default save location is in the users My Documents folder and no .ini file to change this (not that I want to). However creating a picture in the "Mouse Studio" and saving it confirms the picture being saved, but checking the location (a network share) there is nothing. Searched the complete drive without success. What should happen is that Mouse Studio creates a folder in the users My Documents folder and chucks the picture in there, but nothing. A bit annoying as it used to work for us in Windows XP but now we're moving to Windows 7 and there's a lot of software that's not happy with the way Win 7 works. Any one any ideas? Phil

OK got a solution for anyone who'd like to know: To activate EasiTeach once you have deployed it to your workstations, you will need to deploy the Interactive Teaching Resources. The Interactive Teaching Resources installation will create the file lite_ctp on the workstation, thus activating EasiTeach. This file will sit in: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Research Machines\Easiteach Studio. If you encounter problems with the activation, you can copy this file from a workstation which is already activated and push it out the workstations which won't activate. Cheers!

Hello! I'm looking at an easy way of distributing the license for Easiteach. Deploying with the .msi on 3.4 should be easy enough, but having to run to every machine to register our site license, doesn't really make sense to me I know that RM suggests to copy the license file from the APPDATA folder, but in win7 this is sadly non-existing. Has any one found the license file and can point me in the right place? Thanks! Phil

Hi, sorry for starting this topic up again. I'm trying to distribute ProDesktop 8 with Zenworks. I've created a snapshot of the installation, am able to run the distribution as a non admin. But with the first run I just get the splashscreen, nothing more. If I then run it as a admin and then again as a non admin it works fine. Has any found a solution for these issues? Cheers!

I'll contact the publisher and try to get a newer version! Thanks for the workaround, I'll use that in the meantime.

Hello, I have a little problem with BlackCat logo. It's currently distributing as a snapshot installation, but the strange problem I'm having here is that in the commands the last digit gets "cut off". i.e. if I want to move forward fd90 it will turn to fd9. Very annoying. Has anyone heard of this issue and perhaps even resolved it? Thanks!
