    Sophos issue

    When I try to install sophos antivirus I get an error 3000 an older version of sophos has not been fully removed, reboot your pc and try again but if I try this it still does not work. How do I clear all traces of sophos if it is not showing in the Control Panel under Add and Remove programs?
