Hi No I've had no luck with it Emma

Hi Can anyone help me out? I need to create a plist for RD Client so students don't need to type in the long address when setting up the app. I have copied the plist from an iPad already setup but when I add it to our MDM it's not configuring the App. This is the code I have, is anyone able to enlighten me on what needs changing to make it work, I have contacted Lightspeed, but they are unable to help.
