This issue is corrected by adding a Domain\admin user to the Print Manager Plus service in the Windows Services area Next, Go to the PMP Admin Console Check on the User Group Defaults Tab and make sure all of your groups an enabled. If they are correctly set, they will have color (as opposed to grayed out) Next, go to the Users tab. delete all the user accounts that are “unspecified”. The users will later print and be added to any enabled groups of OUs as you have set restrictions. Please email [email protected] if any further troubles occur. Thanks, Allen Giebel
