Hi could anyone tell me where I can find our latest Panda document, the 2012/13 is on the gateway.lsc.gov.uk site but I think this may be defunct, I seem to be going round in circles.

Yes we have had trouble since the Firewall upgrade 10 days ago. It keeps stopping intermittenly for different lengths of time, our IT Tech rang BTyesterday and they said "NGFL are looking into it at their end". Hope we are not in for a repeat performance of the upgraded firewall from last year.

I have a duplicate curriculum names report for Y7 but as far as I can see Y8 is the same but these are not being reported, any idea how I can get Y7 to be the same as Y8?

Ours came back about the same time, we had intermittent service last week and no internet yesterday and this morning. NGFL do not seem to grasp that we rely on this for lessons - at this time of year a wasted lesson costs our students in exam prep time etc. Can we get a refund for lost days?

Apple will engrave them and also consecutively number them when you order more.

Zag did you get this sorted, we have been trying since the release to get our reports online. We have had a call logged with Sims helpdesk for 3 weeks, they have looked at our server quite a few times and are now stuck. I am waiting for a developer to contact us now, this is very very frustrating. We seem to have the error that you did when you first started this thread "Invalid length for a Base-64-char array. . ."

Hi GrumbleDook. How did you check that 'Schools must satisfy themselves that the students in this grant application come from families whose income is below £27,000 and are not eligible for a Home Access grant'?
