Single Status - Job Descriptions

I'd like a job description (written or aligned with Single Status criteria) for a Manager who looks after a group of schools, if you can help that would be great -
Don't know if anyone will be able to help me but please respond if you can. I'm looking for a job description/person specification for an IT Coordinator/Manager across a group of schools. One that has been evaluated against the Single Status requirement.
