to recap. Had to install the above mentioned items on my Windows 7 box.

I got it to work. I had to install Remote Server Administration Tools and added the correct features I was able to then see the contents of the custom .adm. thanks!

I copied and pasted this code into a .txt file and saved it as a .adm file. When importing to my administrative templates it's blank. I'm using Windows XP when working the Group Policy Management application. I also tried on my Windows 2003 server. Do I need a 2008 server to be able to see this .adm?!
